The DM Smart DSP software is connected to the processor, it reads “Online” and there is audio going thru, but none of the controls work
Check your inputs and outputs.
If you connect the high speaker inputs, and then accidentally connect your cables to the RCA inputs, instead of the RCA outputs, the DM processor will still pass the signal thru giving the illusion that the audio is going thru the processor.
The audio will tend to be noisy and not that loud, but it will be there. The DM Smart DSP software will not be able to adjust the audio because the audio is coming out of the inputs, not the outputs.
