Steering Wheel Controls Buttons Mixed Up
If the aftermarket radio uses a 3.5mm jack for steering wheel control and the buttons are mixed up, this could be due to the jack slipping out, or contaminants on the jack. Unplug the jack and then clean it off with a rag, making sure not to touch it. Plug the jack back in and ensure it goes in all the way. None of the metal from the jack should be seen if plugged in all the way.
