If you have Drivers and need to assign them to a specific vehicle, they will only have access to their Trip data.
Go to Settings (top far right)
Then Users 
Type in Driver information (Name, Email, Title, etc.).
Select Defined Vehicle, then select the Vehicle to assign to the Driver from the drop down menu, lastly select Not a Manager and click save.
When the Driver logs in they will see only "My Trips" if your company does not have "Safety Coach". If you subscribe to Safety Coach they will see the cases sent to them for review.
